Set on expansive grounds with stunning ocean and beach views, this is an amazing retreat for up to 10 guests to sleep or perfect for your Wedding Venue right on the Coromandel!
When you are not taking in the panoramic views from your favourite spot, stroll through the farmland, or wander down the private path to Hot Water Beach... you are also welcome to enjoy access to private fishing spots off Orua Rock!
This 2 storey Hot Water Beach holiday house enjoys generous open plan living downstairs, including a deluxe kitchen plus ample room for entertaining.
The well appointed living area includes a fireplace for toasty winter retreats, or find your favourite vantage point on the spacious deck for summer living with stunning views... the spa pool is on hand for the ultimate relaxation.
We welcome small intimate Weddings or large extravagant events. The grounds can be used as you wish for your private function.

We stayed here for 5 nights over the New Year's period and I can't fault the house or property. On arrival it was in pristine condition and it felt like we had arrived at our own private resort. The house is beautifully presented with luscious beds and bedding and there is everything you need at hand. The view is absolutely beautiful and the beach access is ideal..

Wow! What an incredible house. Lorraine and Ian were truly fantastic hosts. Our kids loved the tour of the farm and getting to hang out with the animals. The views are amazing and the house had everything you could ever need for a great beach holiday. So much to entertain the kids, taking the boogie boards to Hahei beach was a real favourite. Will definitely be a Christmas that we will remember!

Situated on a farm with own beach access to hot water beach. The house has beautiful views over beach and surrounding farmland. Cathedral Cove is not far away and we have Hahei Beach and Hot Water Beach Cafe's about 5 minutes by car. Whitianga would be about 20 minutes by car.
